“Prior to working with T-Space, we had experienced a number of issues on our sites due to a low level of detailed drawings being provided in the first instance and queries regarding the design not being answered in accordance with our programme of works, despite a suitable period being offered for the answer to be investigated. This caused a delay to the programme and increased the original costs up to 25%, which could have been included within our tender from the outset should the design have been reviewed in the level that T-Space apply themselves.
Having reviewed and tendered for works in accordance with T-Space drawings, it has proven much easier to provide the client with a firm tender submission, thus avoiding the need for any design variations that should/could have been identified at the design brief stage.
T-Space is acting as Architect on our current project and we know that the works are designed with a good level detail due to their experience.
