This resourcefulness is particularly evident during the planning process. We appreciate that a major part of our role is to steer projects through the maze of legislation. Our planning strategy may involve any mixture of Permitted Development and Planning Applications, of incremental applications or Appeal, of lobbying and negotiation. Whatever the approach, our perseverance is usually rewarded - we are proud to say that in the last 2 years alone, 98% of our projects have received consent.
With over 400 projects in ten years, we have acquired an enviable experience and specialism in residential design enabling us to offer a truly bespoke service. We have accrued a very diverse portfolio of projects. The common thread is the desire to exceed expectations, manifest in the aesthetic quality and calm ordering of spaces, as well as pragmatic issues such as storage and utility. On other occasions, it may be creative solutions that optimise budgets or telescope timescales.
